Our chums at the Big Feels Club must have mentioned me to you.
Or maybe you heard me on their ABC podcast No Feeling is Final.
Let's take a moment to appreciate Graham and Honor for lighting a candle in the shadows of our souls.
When this moody picture of me was taken I was 25 and could see no way to live the life I wanted. I wish I could've had what this courageous and insightful couple are sharing with us now.
Let's send them some love.

Truthfully, I'm not sure.
Graham and Honor invited me to be part of their creations as they feel I have something to offer.
I wrote a book called The Procrastinator's Guide To Killing Yourself about how I made my way through my own suicidal experiences.
People tell me it's like nothing else they've ever read on this topic, and that it genuinely helps.
And for the season finale of No Feeling Is Final they included the life coaching chats I had with Honor.
Here is what she wrote about that:
"I found Gareth when I was going through a period of intense loser syndrome.
When I was sure that I had potentially fucked up my whole life.
He provided me with something that was so precious at that point: an open sounding board for generous, thought-provoking, new-perspective-seeing conversations, with a wry wit and dark humour that helped me to laugh at my predicament, instead of solely wallow in it.
And he is no bullshit. This man has stared at the dark room too, he knows what it's like to be in there, and to me that makes all the difference.
In life there are people you come across who's mere existence make you feel it's all going to be okay. For me Gareth is one of them."
